All creative content remains the intellectual property of our studio unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to decline work that doesn’t align with our values or terms.

We respect your privacy and your inbox. Any personal details shared with us—names, emails, addresses, etc.—are used strictly for communication and project coordination. We’ll never sell or share your information. Your trust means everything to us.

📅 Booking & Scheduling

To secure your date, we require both a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Without these, your session is not confirmed. Remaining balances are due by your shoot date unless discussed otherwise. Life happens—if you need to reschedule, just reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

💸 Payments & Refunds

Because each project involves time, planning, and preparation, all payments are non-refundable. If weather, illness, or an unexpected event causes a change in plans, we’re happy to reschedule based on availability. In the unlikely event we’re unable to deliver your project, we’ll issue a full refund.
